"But Dad, I'm still hungry" chirps the chubby fledgling who hops around in a constant state of flutter, begging for food to be delivered directly to his beak. The sparrow dad is patient and compliant with these incessant demands and yet on close-up there is a sense of annoyance as he's wishing for junior to "grow up and get your own damned food."
