Backyard friends just want to be part of the celebration! Even when chased by our protective bulldog, they return. It's most tiring for poor old Betty dog.
She's a sweetie Kelvin... one of my granddoggies! She can be very fierce chasing the wildlife, but she is somewhat afraid of my pet bunny, as he will ninja kick her in the face if she gets too chose.
Thanks Star! Yes, it is a groundhog and you're right it does look like a mini capibara. I had a favorite one at my former home that I named fatty boombalatty, and he let me get pretty close even though they are usually very skittish.
I love watching them chew... they really take their time enjoying their food! Especially when they are eating garden vegetables, which is why it is difficult to garden in these parts!
And what about Otis?
ReplyDeleteOtis Redding Rabbit has his own Facebook page if you're interested Debra. He's doing fine in his new penthouse!
ReplyDelete...ahaha.. i like that bulldog... can i take her home...lol...:)
ReplyDeleteGood day.

ReplyDeleteGood day to you!
Lovely pictures Wendilea. Is that a groundhog I see at the start? It looks like a miniature capibara?

ReplyDeleteThere's just something about those rodents that I love. Don't ask me why. Perhaps it's the teeth? They are just so appealing.
